| Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Sorry, but bank restrictions prevent us from taking orders
by telephone.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and
American Express.
Your card will be debitted in the name of World of Gambling,
which is the name that will appear on your card statement. |
| Shipping And Handling
Deliveries are sent by next-working-day courier in Great
Britain. Orders outside this region are sent by Parcelforce.
A signature is usually required upon delivery. You may specify
different invoicing and delivery addresses (see "ordering").
We do not use Royal Mail unless circumstances dictate or
we are requested to do so. Use of couriers ensures speedy
and secure delivery of order.
Paying for goods over the telephone:
We accept payments over the telephone, but we can only deliver to the billing address.
Collecting goods from the warehouse:
Anyone wishes to collect goods may only do so if they pay on our terminal with Chip & Pin - Please note ID is required to confirm they are the card holder.

| Delivery Schedule
Yes, we know you've left it very late; you've got a game
on Friday and it's now Thursday afternoon, or it's your
friend's birthday tomorrow and only just remembered!
Please trust us that we will send all orders out just as
soon as we can - there's absolutely no reason why we would
want to hang on to things and cause delays. Unfortunately,
though, we didn't raise £540 million on the stockmarket
and can not match Amazon for same-day dispatches!
In practice we ship Monday to Friday and include all orders
received before 9am on that day. However, we can NOT guarantee
that you will get your goods the next day - trains have
been known to de-rail, lorries occasionally crash, people
get ill, computers crash and, most commonly, people are
out when couriers try to deliver.
What we do GUARANTEE is that we will despatch all good in
stock within three working days by next-day courier (Great
Britain).
A signature will be required on delivery which may be at
any time 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. European Union orders
are generally received within five days from despatch and
other International orders are generally received in under
ten days. If you are out when a courier tries to deliver,
they should leave a card with a contact number for your
local depot to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
We will send you an email when your goods have been sent,
along with tracking details. |
| Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you
- that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send
it out. You will always be emailed if a product is likely
to be out of stock for more than a week. |
| Tax Charges
For book orders, VAT is zero rated. For all other orders
made from the UK or the European Union, 15.00% VAT is added.
All orders from elsewhere are VAT-free and you should click
the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
| Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using
our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers
are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption on aPROTX'S secure SSL server (note:
you will only see the golden padlock symbol on the page
where you enter your credit card number). The number then
goes straight to the processing bank where it is authorised.
We do not 'see' the numbers and they are not held in clear
text on any web site. |

| Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please
email us *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalised
goods only may also be returned within seven days of receipt
for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition
(you will still need to pay the full carriage costs which
may be more than the carriage element of your order - proof
of cost can be provided if neccessary). Before returning
your goods, please email orders@Just-chips.co.uk to obtain
a returns number. Your card will be credited within two
days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect
them. However, banks sometimes process credits in a different
manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your
statement. Your statutory rights are not affected in any
way. |
